The History of MGM Grand

MGM Grand was opened on December 18, 1993. The MGM Grand initially was the biggest hotel in the world with 5,932 rooms and suites. In 2003, it was surpassed by its sister property Mandalay Bay as the largest hotel in the world with 6,044 rooms and suites.
